Mentors are fundamental to what we do to help young people. Our Mentors educate those we support in the 'real world' of business through knowledge transfer and serve as a positive role models.
Our Mentors are experienced and successful business owners who have a desire to pass on their experience to our beneficiaries on a voluntary basis. Each mentor takes a leading role in supporting, guiding and advising the businesses which we support.
As a mentor with Bright Ideas Trust, you will be matched with one business supported by us. You will meet regularly with the beneficiary to help them plan, execute and report on their business. The minimum commitment is 12 months, during which time you will add exceptional value to our beneficiaries by supporting them with strategic input, business contacts and operational capability.
We are building a pool of mentors, so if you are interested in becoming one, please get in touch.
