David Pyle – Senior Training Consultant and Head of Marketing at Training Synergy
An inspiring, motivational trainer and entrepreneur; experienced in building business and delivering highly engaging training events. As Head of marketing for Training Synergy a fledgling recruitment business, David was responsible for launching the group’s services into 12 new markets. This was ground up marketing at it rawest, starting with no definable brand, no strategy and no plan but with bags of enthusiasm, bucket loads of drive
and absolutely no fear. Over the next 5 years Synergy went from a start-up business to turning over £36 million a year.

During the last 12 years David has also launched a wellness management business and his own independent marketing consultancy- Spinnaker7. David has a dynamic delivery style that encourages full participation and the achievement of clearly defined learning objectives.

Niall Shanahan– Senior Training Consultant at Training Synergy

With over 18 years of professional training experience, Niall has excellent communication skills allied with an ability to adapt to different learning styles and environments, which combine to create truly enjoyable and successful learning experiences. With the ability to absorb new information quickly and translate technical data into relevant and informative learning, he is expert at designing training content and materials for specific business needs.

He has designed and delivered training for a wide range of clients and sectors ranging from government departments to retail start ups, from individual would be trainers to international banks. Equally at ease in a 1-2-1 with the Chief of Defence Staff as he is with 200 troops in an auditorium or running intensive workshops for training departments about to roll-out a new IT system, Niall is always enthusiastic and versatile.

Niall is both a qualified A1 Assessor and Lead Assessor for Training Synergy’s TPMA service accredited by the Learning & Performance Institute. With both project and people management skills, business start up and sales training experience and a creative and dynamic delivery style, he will add value to any organisation’s learning strategy.
